We are very happy with the new mats. We did have communication issues with the freight company. They were not geared to deal with a company that is not at the address during the full working day. They gave us very short notice of delivery ( and only when we chased them) and a long window of possible delivery times.)

I purchased two Fuji Home Roll-Out Mats online. The staff communication and service were excellent, as was their delivery service who notified me each step of the way. The quality of the mats is superb. They arrived well-packaged, they're easy to roll up and store, and when laid out, they are exactly as described. After use, they are so easy to clean before rolling up and putting away. In their first use, everyone commented on the quality. In fact, two wrestling participants, who were visiting from interstate, looked up the online listing with a view to buy their own.
If I have one gripe, it's the cost of delivery, which was far higher than I expected. But that said, it arrives fast and the courier service is exceptional in their own right, so it was worth it for the ease of mind and fast delivery.
